TaqTics offers group classes, private sessions and workshops. Each experience blends applied anatomy, functional movement, and regulation-based practices to support strength, clarity, and sustainability.
Wellness Coaching
Working sessions empower strength, balance, and energy to reduce stress, build healthier habits, or simply take better care of yourself. Sessions are virtual and require a minimum 4 session commitment.
About Taq
Taq Campbell, E-RYT 500, has practiced yoga for over 25 years and has been teaching since 2011, certified in NYC. She holds advanced certifications in Yin, Meditation, Pilates, Wellness Coaching, and advanced movement studies. Her work integrates intelligent, exploratory sequencing with spiritual study and diverse movement modalities. Teaching throughout NYC, Taq fosters inclusive, equitable spaces that encourage curiosity, self-inquiry, and embodied exploration. Movement, meditation, and wellness remain central to her work as pathways to inner discovery and holistic nourishment
