Classes, private sessions and workshops blending applied anatomy, functional movement, and regulation-based practices to support strength, clarity, and sustainability — on and off the mat.

Wellness Coaching

Working sessions that empowers strength, balance, and energy to reduce stress, build healthier habits, or simply take better care of yourself. Sessions are virtual and require a minimum 4 session commitment. .

About Taq

Taq Campbell, E-RYT 500, began practicing yoga over 25 years ago. She received her Yoga Teacher certification in 2011 in NYC, and holds a multitude of certs including Yin, Meditation, Advanced Studies, Pilates, and Wellness Coaching. Her continued journey into the spiritual practice and texts, movement trainings, and varied techniques and modalities enhances her knowledge and integration of Movement and Wellness holistically. She teaches all over NYC with an emphasis on intelligent and exploratory sequencing which challenges her students and implores them to experiment within their own practice, maintaining an Inclusive and Equitable space for ALL. For Taq, Movement, Meditation, and Wellness continue to be true and essential havens as tools to amplify discovery from within, and nourish the mind, body, and soul.
